The University of Central Oklahoma, 100 N. University in Edmond, invites people to witness “WinterGlow,” its annual celebration, from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. The free event begins with the lighting of the oldest campus building to the sound of carolers, followed by “Polar Express”themed activities, a hot chocolate bar, crafts, photo booths and music.
