Smag 7: Come on, baby, light my fire

Every week, we give you seven new OKC-area restaurants for you to explore.

A benefit of the restaurant is that it boasts a lovely view of Lake Hefner. Bask in the resort-style ambience, and momentarily transport to a waterfront cabana. People find instant gratification in Mama Roja’s smokin’ shrimp fajitas. Try out the signature Monterey dinner or one of the eight combinación de los platillos.

Don’t worry if you’re counting calories: You’ll find an Italiano pasta salad, as well as Linda’s spinach salad. Kitchen is now open to midnight.
