Ground control to Major Tom! A full-scale test version of NASA’s Orion spacecraft can be seen today at Science Museum Oklahoma, 2100 N.E. 52nd.

Visitors also can meet an actual astronaut, space shuttle Endeavour pilot Terry Virts, as he hosts presentations at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and signs autographs at noon. (Ask him how he likes that freeze-dried ice cream.) Admission is $9.95-$11.95. Call 602-6664 or visit sciencemuseumok.org.
