This Friday, enjoy Speakeasy 2012, the 39th annual Symphony Show House preview party, which offers a peek prior to the redesign by Central Oklahoma’s top designers. The 10,000-square-foot mansion is at 440 N.W. 15th, and will be stuffed full of live music and food from the city’s top chefs.

An ‘affair’ to remember
Tuesday is the Oklahoma Restaurant Association Members’ Day, featuring ORA’s Culinary Excellence awards, as well as legislative reception. ORA officers will be elected in preparation for the new year in food. “A Tasteful Affair” will feature the culinary creations of dozens of ORA member restaurants for tasting.
You must be 21 to attend.
There is live music each Friday and Saturday evenings at Full Cup Bakery & Cafe, 300 W. Edmond Road in Edmond. Local artists sometimes draw enough of an audience to fill up the cozy coffee shop.
