Shawn Zhang came to Oklahoma from the northwest part of China, but he
specializes in irresistible Japanese sushi. Some of his best-sellers are
the aptly named “Spicy Cowboy” and another called “Lifesaver,” which is
tuna and salmon with lemon, cucumber and avocado. Sweeten the
celebration with its scrumptious deep-fried bananas or New York-style
cheesecake. 
Ready for some real love? Pizza is a love-you-lots dazzler for a hot date night. Just call ahead to Sandro’s and request a lustful heart-shaped pizza, which will be out in a heartbeat. Or share a plate of spaghetti, a la “Lady and the Tramp.”
Red Cup is catering to the singles for its Un-Valentine’s dinner. At 7 p.m., there will be a four-course $28 vegetarian meal. In the past, there was an eggplant Parmesan, curried veggies, a “fancy” salad and a rose cake for a finish. Singles dine while making new friends. This tasty temptation is by reservation only.
