Downtown’s 30th annual parade should spread the luck of the Irish to all spectators, beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday at Fifth Street and Broadway Avenue. This year’s lineup includes horses, classic cars, Disney characters, clowns, Girl and Boy Scouts, and a special “welcome home” salute to our post-9/11 military troops! Admission is free.
