Brunch might be one of the best inventions ever, mainly because chefs cleverly fill it up with tasty libations and culinary triumphs that entice you into a delightful food coma. Treat a special lady in your life this weekend! Whether she’s your mother, sister, wife, caregiver or best friend, everyone appreciates a thoughtful gesture by way of food and drink. Don’t forget to make reservations!

The burgeoning second course boasts options of steak Benedict (Who doesn’t love a hollandaise?), a waffle topped with banana, walnuts and maple syrup, or the cedar-plank salmon with a brown sugar-mustard glaze. Finish the meal with dessert by Brown Egg Bakery.

Try the Mayor Cornett’s Salad ($14) that includes spicy mustard and walnut-encrusted salmon fillets, baby spinach and basil. Also available will be the chef’s special: butternut squash ravioli ($18). Lunch will be concluded with a selection of desserts.
