Evidently the jeweled tiara was in the backseat of Thompson’s car while she was moving into a new home in Stillwater. That’s when a thief took off with the crown and two brooches.
Thompson said she was “heartbroken” over the loss, but Miss Oklahoma Pageant officials have said they will replace the purloined items.
