For the eighth year, the Red Feather Gala will be held to celebrate Native culture. From 7 to 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the Cox Convention Center, 1 Myriad Gardens, the charity event features dinner, drinks, live paintings, auctions, a friendship dance led by a ceremonial drum, a salute to former Lt.
