Craving a smoothie? Then get one, already.

Nutrition Revolution

9101 S. Western

“Tastes like you are cheating” is the aptly worded slogan for this smoothie and tea bar. Not only does it offer $1 off its menu during happy hour, but you can take part in the Fit Club, which hosts various activities throughout the week to help get those calories burning.

Tao Cha
1600 Garth Brooks, Yukon

Pop in for the raspberry brownie smoothie or the passion-fruit green tea, served iced or hot. Tao Cha specializes in traditional Asian boba (bubble) teas. All drinks are created with loose-leaf teas and herbs. Also available are muffins or cakes from La Baguette.

6475 Avondale Drive

Known for its delicious salads, soups and wraps, Coolgreens also offers an array of smoothies. Try its berriwild, a refreshing mix of tart, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. Boost any smoothie with soy protein, flax seed or whey protein.

Teapioca Lounge
1101 N.W. 23rd

Need a respite from a busy day? This Zen-inspired lounge offers one of the most extensive drink menus in the metro, ranging from frozen Japanese green tea and bubble teas to smoothies. Can’t make it for lunch? The place is open daily until at least 10 p.m.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe
3131 W. Memorial

“Smoothie” is in the name, but the café also serves wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads and salads. As for the smoothies, it’s got low-fat, supercharged, indulgent and supplement-rich options. Flavors include Blimey Limey, Rockin’ Raspberry and Chocolate Chiller.

The Earth Natural Cafe
746 Asp, Norman

Get your hands on a blueberry, banana and peanut butter smoothie — or indulge with the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. Your smoothie of choice can be made with a mixture of juice, soy milk or regular milk. Add in protein powder, flax seed or ginseng extract.

The Underground
1621 S. Douglas, Midwest City

If you’d prefer coffee, try the fit frappe, made with mocha or vanilla bean and almond milk. Missing summer? Try the frozen lemonade smoothie. The Underground also carries the Dr. Smoothie brand, which is a 100-percent, crushed-fruit smoothie base.
