Not your ordinary Old West tale, the 1867-set Mr. and Mister is a love story between a rancher and a teacher, both men. Said playwright Robert Matson, “The play takes place at a time when homosexuality wasn’t even a word.” The original drama premieres at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Actors Casting & Talent Services, 30 N.E. 52nd, and ends March 30.
