Broken Arrow native and Oklahoma City University graduate Kristin Chenoweth, best known for originating the role of Glenda in Broadway’s smash hit Wicked, will return to everybody’s favorite love-to-hate-it, guilty pleasure TV musical Glee for its 100th episode.

Chenoweth plays former choir member — and notorious recovering alcoholic — April Rhodes, who hangs out in a skating rink called Rinky Dinks, is on a never-ending mission to put on an all-white production of The Wiz and is basically just a really bad influence on the choir kids.

Have we mentioned New Directions teacher Will Schuester had a major crush on her in high school?

Various recurring cast members and original McKinley High students are returning for the special episode, airing March 18, 2014.

This is a much better gift than two special edition Barbie dolls that look like the gift-giver. Cough. Don’t you think so, Jennifer Lopez? Don’t. You. Think. So? We’re sure Chenoweth does.
