Pull out the 1970s disco attire, load up the minivan and groove on over to the "Daylight Disco" on Saturday at Unpluggits Playstudio, 575 Enterprise Drive in Edmond.

Kids 18 months to 11 years old are invited to join the two-hour dance party featuring the latest kids' music and a vintage disco ball.

Katrina Uhls, the studio's founder, said Saturday's party is a great way for kids and parents to let loose without feeling pressures to dance in a certain way.

"A lot of kids have to sign up for dance lessons, but this is really just a free-for-all time to have fun and dance," Uhls said. "We turn off the lights for the disco ball and play the music kids really like, which is, like, the Jonas Brothers and 'Camp Rock.'"

After the dancing is over, the studio will reopen, allowing children to participate in a wide variety of arts and crafts.

"We're a walk-in arts and crafts studio that includes an indoor playground. You can play in the playground, paint or do one of our other activities, and we have a lounge area for parents to relax," she said.

Unpluggits also has craft stations set up for Play-Doh, stamp stenciling, leather crafts and spin art, and has two kilns for firing ceramics.

Tickets for the 10 a.m. disco are $10, which includes admission to the studio for the rest of the afternoon. For more information, call 340-7584.
