Escape from Tomorrow

With Escape from Tomorrow, one fears the story behind the movie would loom larger than the movie itself. Luckily, that is not the case. After all, it opens with a decapitation on Disney World’s Big Thunder Mountain Railroad roller coaster.

Broadchurch: The Complete First Season

Welcome to the coastal resort of Broadchurch, population … oh, who can keep track, what will all the corpses? Yes, Broadchurch is yet another British television procedural involving the search for a murderer in a quaint little town, just like the limited series The Fall and Top of the Lake.

Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones

Essentially part five in the ridiculously profitable horror franchise, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones continues the found-footage conceit of the other films. None August 2nd, 2007

Reviewer's grade: B

Mosquito repellent? Check. Ten pairs of underwear? Check. Emotional hang-ups and social issues? Check. Going to camp's not much different than going to school, kids, except that when class is over, they don't let you leave, thus opening up far more opportunities for wedgies.

The documentary "Summercamp!" follows the crazy, lazy days of kid campers at a Wisconsin nature camp, focusing mostly on the introverts because "” let's face it "” they make for the best story lines. Although a bit too long, the film captures the joy, sorrow, excitement and boredom of being parent-free for a couple of weeks. It's funny, it's sad and leaves you with a big smile on your face.

Check it out at Thursday through Saturday at the Oklahoma CityArt Museum. NR
