No Holds Barred

RLJ Entertainment's new Blu-ray for No Holds Barred begins with what seems like dozens of trailers for movies starring pro wrestlers from the WWE talent pool. Each flick went direct to home video, but once upon a time — aka 1989 — one had to go to the multiplex to catch such a spectacle.

What Happens in Vegas

None May 15th, 2008

whathappensinvegas
gal who makes plans to make plans. During a night of "cutting loose" they take part in a blacked-out wedding, each waking up in the morning married to their respective worst-possible mate.

After Jack wins $3 million in a slot machine, the couple is for some reason court ordered to live as a couple for six months before either can get to the money. No one who hasn't been living under a rock will be surprised to learn they get together in the end, with all kinds of wacky misadventures in between.

With this kind of movie the misadventures have to be the main attraction, but here they mostly misfire. Maybe it's the totally unbelievable plot; maybe it's that Kutcher and Diaz are no good together. PG-13
