One might think that after 123 years, the Oklahoma City Police Department would have a lot of history to share. It does! Now on display from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at City Hall, 200 N. Walker, is just that, with photos, documents and historical items, including a bomb suit and robot from the 1980s, an armored vest from the 1930s and a saddle used by the Mounted Patrol division. A Memorial Day weekend tradition returns as the Paseo Arts Festival fills the the Paseo Arts District from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
