Chesapeake Energy Corp. recently purchased property at the northeast corner of NW 63 and Western Avenue, which includes best of OKC finalist Irma's Burger Shack, according to co-owner Kurt Fleischfresser.

A second Irma's recently opened at 1120 N. Classen.

What are your thoughts on the acquisition of this property so close to the Chesapeake campus?
