It seems the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History has been consulting the “Things Jenny Loves” list with its latest planned seminar, a wine and chocolate tasting. How thoughtful of them. Now all they need is a Kitten Snuggle Hour and I’d officially declare this cool museum my new BFF.
Right in time for a really great Valentine’s date (hint, hint), the museum hosts “Pairing Wine and Chocolate: A Tasting Seminar” from 7-9 p.m. Feb. 10. This adults-only class will explore how different chocolates can pair with different wines for a tasty, tasty combination.
The seminar is sponsored by The Candy Basket and Corkscrew Wine & Spirits. The cost is $25 per person or $40 for a couple, and pre-registration is required. Call 325-1008 to sign up.
