A taste of Thai

Bring your own knife to [Artspace] at Untitled

I’ve become slightly obsessed with Thai food. It’s spicy and delicious, and for someone like me who’s been, as my husband calls it, “stricken by vegetarianism,” there’s still a lot of choice.

So you can imagine my excitement at the prospect of [Artspace] at Untitled’s upcoming cooking class devoted to Thai cuisine.

This Wednesday, personal chef Isadee C. Prammanasudh leads a hands-on class on the gloriousness of Thai food in the art gallery’s gourmet kitchen as part of its ongoing “A Taste of Art” series. Participants will make four Thai dishes and then — the best part — sit down with some wine and enjoy their meal.

The 6 p.m. class is $75 per person, and participants are asked to bring their own chef knife and an apron (although, A Taste of Art aprons are also available to purchase). To reserve your spot, call 815-9995 or visit the gallery’s program website.
