Customs officers apprehended a 48-year-old Canadian man June 24 when, despite an outstanding warrant for alleged first-degree murder issued by Oklahoma’s LeFlore County in 1983, he attempted to re-enter the U.S. by the Pacific Highway Port of Entry.
