Oktoberfest patrons will select from 30 German draught beers and international wines to drink, and will be feasting on Rippchen (smoked pork chops), Bratwurst, Schweinshaxen (ham hocks), Schnitzel Sandwiches, real German Pretzels, Potato Pancakes with Apple Sauce, Apple Strudel, Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad and Corn Dogs!

The most authentic festival of its kind will also feature crafts, vendors, activities for children and music. Special appearances by German Dance Groups and musicians during all nine days of the festival including Alpen Musikanten, Alpenfest, Das ist Lustig and Uncalled Four.
