The Taste of the South is the largest fundraising event of its kind in the area and includes 22 Moore and south Oklahoma City restaurants sharing generous samples of their menu items. The evening also includes a Business Expo featuring 22 area businesses promoting products and services and additionally there is a Silent Auction. Live music is provided throughout the evening by the jazz band, Perdido.
