Feed our feathered friends! Learn about different types of bird feed and the birds that prefer them. Build an easily-accessed birdfeeder or birdhouse made from native Eastern Red Cedar lumber cut at a local mill. After you assemble your feeder, you’ll fill it with a custom seed blend designed to attract Oklahoma birds. As an added bonus, participants will learn about Oklahoma’s winter birds via a presentation by a local bird expert. Dress for the weather and get ready for an exploration of the outdoor grounds looking for our winter birds. Limited number of participants (20).
