Wine Tasting at the Culinary Institute of Platt College

Wine Tasting classes are scheduled at the Culinary Institute of Platt College to fit your busy life style. Small class sizes provide our guests more one on one time with Clayton Bahr Certified Wine Specialist. All classes are reserved by a credit card pre-payment of $35 per person. The wine tastings will be held in Chefs di Domani’s restaurant at the Culinary Institute of Platt College and are limited to 20 guests. Platt’s guests on Wednesday, February 13th will discover why we love Merlot. You will practice tasting by breaking down the elementary components in the wine and then examine the contrasting elements in the wine's relation to food. Through the course of the class you will learn how to smell and taste wine and learn a little about wine and food pairing.
