59th Annual Parade of Homes

1-7 p.m., Saturday October 15 | FREE
One of the country’s largest tours of newly constructed homes
will continue its long tradition of showing the best of the best in landscaping, home
décor and craftsmanship starting Saturday, October 15th. The 59th Annual Parade of
Homes, sponsored by The Womble Company, will have more than 110 homes on display
this year throughout the Oklahoma City metro. Technology will once again be at the
forefront as a brand new mobile page and iPhone application have been designed to make
it convenient for customers to participate in this year’s Parade.

“Our goal is to provide an outlet for our customers to provide feedback regarding their
Parade experience. The mobile site is a new addition this year. This will be the second
year for the iPhone app, which is free and available the week of the event,” says Kurt
Dinnes, 2011 Parade of Homes Chair.

Six Feature Neighborhoods will also make a return to this year’s event. The Feature
Neighborhoods will give potential buyers the opportunity to tour six neighborhoods
instead of four compared to past events. The neighborhoods will be scattered throughout
the Oklahoma City metro.

Free parade plan guides, with photos, maps, descriptions and characteristics, will be
available starting at noon on Friday, October 14th at all metro Best Buy locations while
supplies last. The Parade will be open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., October 15th
through October October 23rd. Admission is free.
