Although the 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution was supposed to abolish slavery in the United States 146 years ago, a coalition of law enforcement agencies and social service groups has scheduled a rally Saturday in Bricktown to draw attention to the continued existence of human trafficking, both nationwide and in Oklahoma.
