Ball it

OKG7 things to do

Gazette staff
Before you acquire the ol' ball and chain, best attend The Ball & Chain, an unconventional wedding show to be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Plaza District's PhotoArt Studios and Coin Laundry, 1734 N.W. 16th. Curated by Gibson Events, the event will feature more than 40 local creative vendors. Like a wedding, the B&C includes a ceremony and reception, followed by a dance party. A separate “groom’s lounge” will be available, complete with video games and a signature whiskey cocktail. Tickets are $30. Visit
