There’s nothing like a hailstorm to inspire the creativity of TV
meteorologists. The May 29 hail that attacked the metro is a prime
example. As chunks of ice rained down, the weather guys took to the
airwaves to describe just how big the hail was.

City station next month to do the morning weather at KXAS, the NBC
affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth.
