Whiskey Shivers — and we’re not referring to symptoms of withdrawal — spill into town from their home base of Austin, Texas. The bluegrass bandits will play a neo-folk show with JV’s Filling Station at 9 p.m. Thursday at VZD’s Restaurant & Club, 4200 N. Western.
