Beats Antique beats boredom. We’d expect nothing less from a band that bills itself as “live electro-acoustic, heavy bass, belly dancing and roots music.” In advance of its forthcoming album, the aptly titled Contraption Vol. 2, the group cranks up its Animale Mechanique Tour at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Diamond Ballroom, 8001 S.
