Tea for three

The Sooner Tea Party is supporting two new City Council candidates and an incumbent.

Ward 5 Councilman Brian Walters, along with Ward 6 candidate Adrian Van Manen and Ward 8 candidate Cliff Hearron, have all received endorsements from the Sooner Tea Party, and the organization’s co-founder Al Gerhart said the group plans to aid the three candidates in their campaign.

Cry “sacrilege” if you wish, but I actually prefer it to the later, more polished, highly revered The Manchurian Candidate. Yes, Suddenly is a B-noir treatment of the same theme, but the underdog proves ridiculously effective.
