To commemorate National Fishing Week, the city of Oklahoma City will allow anglers to fish Lakes Hefner, Overholser and Draper — not to mention select city parks — without obtaining fishing permits or licenses. We won’t tell the bass, walleye, crappie and catfish if you won’t. Visit okc.gov/parks.
