Two Oklahoma City ministries are key players in the formation of a new nationwide network of so-called ex-gay ministries. Stephen Black, executive director of Oklahoma City-based First Stone Ministries, is vice chairman of the board of the newly formed Restored Hope Network, cites the organization’s official website.
