Giant insects have infested Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History at 2401 Chautauqua in Norman, and they’re staying put for a while! Luckily, they’re in the form of two exhibits debuting with a free reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday: Bugs ... Outside the Box and Beautiful Beasts: The Unseen Life of Oklahoma Spiders and Insects, running through May 12 and Sept. 8, respectively. Admission is free Saturday and Sunday. Call 325-4712 or visit snomnh.ou.edu.
