Prepare to huff and puff and move your duff at Saturday’s 18th annual Frigid Five. Edmond Running Club’s annual charity event is anchored by the five-mile run at 9 a.m., followed 15 minutes later by a one-mile fun run, both in Mitch Park, 2733 Marilyn Williams Drive.
