Festival alert! From Thursday to Sunday, the Oklahoma Regatta Festival returns to the Oklahoma River’s Boathouse District, 725 S. Lincoln Blvd. Expect rowing, kayaking, dragon boating, stand-up paddle boarding, live music, a children’s area, a wine garden, a zip line ... and oh, yeah: night racing with fireworks!
