For the uninitiated: barre3 classes are self-described as “where ballet barre meets yoga and pilates.” Does that tickle your qi? Then check out the first in a series of monthly classes instructed by barre3 founder Sadie Lincoln 7-8 p.m. Monday at Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W.
