Some events are cool, and others are totally mental. An Enchanted Evening is especially so, as Oklahoma’s premier mentalist, William Rader, will perform an intimate and sophisticated parlor show. The mind-blowing begins at 8 p.m. Friday at The Tasting Room, 4322 N. Western Ave. Tickets are $39-$49 and include wine and hors d’oeuvres. Visit williamrader.net.

If you’ve ever drunk some beer and thought, Man, I wish this was coffee instead, the folks at Black Mesa Brewing Co. and Elemental Coffee Roasters have the brew for you. The OKC-based companies will debut Red Badger Stout, a coffee-infused craft beer, with a tasting event from 7:30-9:30 p.m. Thursday at Elemental Coffee, 815 N.
