Oklahoma gay marriage ban ruled unconstitutional
Same-sex couples throughout Oklahoma are celebrating following a federal judge’s ruling that the state’s ban on marriage equality is unconstitutional.

An appeal automatically precludes all gay and lesbian marriages in the state until the case is heard by a higher court.
Same-sex couple Sharon Baldwin and Mary Bishop were “elated and over the moon” when a federal judge decided Oklahoma’s ban on gay marriages is unconstitutional.
