Gazette staff

Ice skating is fun enough as it is, but skating outside in the midst of beautiful downtown OKC is breathtaking (no really; it’s a workout). Now in its 3rd season, the Devon Ice Rink has become Downtown in December’s premier attraction. See for yourself 7 days a week at Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W. Reno Ave. Admission is $10 and includes skate rental. Call 445-7080 or visit downtownindecember.com.

Head to the central business district in downtown Oklahoma City for lunch options including fine dining and casual stops. Whether you’re just downtown for the day, it’s your day in court, it’s a business lunch, you’re trying to impress the boss (or vice versa) or you just want to be surrounded by tall buildings, find a parking spot and grab some grub.
