Shackin’ up

Something’s fishy at The Shack ... in a good way.

Restaurant Reviews

Greg Elwell
The Shack Seafood & Oyster Bar
303 N.W. 62nd
608-4333

What works:
It’s flavorful food without overwhelming heat. The seafood court-bouillon is wonderful.
What needs work:
Uh ... it gets a little noisy? Honestly, that’s about it.
Tips:
It’s kind of hidden behind a bank. And parking can be tricky.

God makes us good?

Letters to the Editor

None
In the Aug. 6 cover story “Atheist” (News, Carmel Perez Snyder, Aug. 12, Oklahoma Gazette), Ms. Rebecca Vitsmun said, “I still believe that as long as people believe goodness is the thing they are striving for, then we are on the same page.”

Shame, shame, Markwayne

Letters to the Editor

Michael Cash
It seems that U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-Westville) personally witnessed food stamp fraud in Crystal City, Va., recently, or at least so he claims.
