Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has met a storm of
criticism since his March 13 filing of criminal charges against the
state Pardon and Parole Board. In the wake of an investigation that
began last summer, Prater has accused the board’s five members of
repeatedly violating the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.
