Oklahoma artists J. Don Cook and Bert Seabourn are scheduled not for a duel, but a dual exhibition at Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W. Reno. Dubbed “Sesame Street meets South Park,” the raunchy, Tony-winning musical Avenue Q opens at 120 W. Harrison in Guthrie, aka The Pollard Theatre. While much of its cast is puppets, don’t bring the kids, lest they be exposed to puppet sex. In other words, a must-see! Running through May 18, Q begins at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The music of Erik Satie, Kurt Weill and others provides a backdrop to ballets and modern dance works in the annual SummerDance production. Presented by the University of Oklahoma School of Dance, the program will be performed at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday, in Studio 3002 of the Donald W.
