They’ve been around a while, but you may have never stopped in. Where you go out to eat depends on how hungry you are and how much you want to spend. Pizza heaven? Sushi seduction? Mouthwatering Mexican? It’s all here, along with updates.

VOTD: Watch Roger Waters on Jimmy Fallon

Help celebrate Pink Floyd Week on the late-night show!

It’s not exactly super-often that any founding members of one of history’s most seminal bands really say much in public, so it was very cool to see Mr. Waters show up Tuesday on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” Here’s a great little nugget from his interview with Fallon:

“One of the tutors in our first year was a man called Mike Leonard … and he had a Volkswagen van and a Farfisa organ, so we let him be in the band.”

Waters went on to play the gritty, organ-haunted song “In the Flesh” off “The Wall” alongside the Foo Fighters. Dude really seemed to get a bang out of it.

Waters also had compliments for The Shins singer James Mercer and his band’s gentle, true-to-form take on “Breathe” from “Dark Side of the Moon.” “What a great singer that kid is,” he said. Watch the band’s Monday-night appearance:

MGMT, which played Fallon last night, probably owe more to the legendary English psychedelics more than any other band on the bill for this week. Watch its version of plunky, 1960s super-spy-themed "Lucifer Sam." Also, they're dressed like fisherman.

Watch tonight for Dierks Bentley’s cover of “Wish You Were Here” and Pearl Jam playing “Mother.” Thanks, Jimmy!

Signal Sigur

Post-rock flick to chill our town Nov. 9.

This friendly notice is for all the Sigur Rós fans, and we know you’re out there: The Icelandic band’s second live film, “Inni,” is headed to Oklahoma City.

According to the website of its distributor, Cinema Purgatorio, “Inni” is scheduled to screen at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 at Oklahoma City Museum of Art, 415 Couch.

Given our apparently never-ending heat wave, it may not be all snowy here come November, but I get a chill just watching the trailer. —Rod Lott
