Experience Russian Enchantment — no worries, it’s legal — when Russian pianist Olga Kern joins the Oklahoma City Philharmonic at 8 p.m. Saturday. Works by Stravinsky (also Russian) and Rachmaninoff (yep, Russian) will fill the Civic Center Music Hall, 201 N. Walker.
