Sidewalks don’t grab the spotlight like convention centers and streetcars, but Mayor Mick Cornett called the planned addition of nearly 65 miles of new sidewalks across the city one of the most important parts of Metropolitan Area Projects, or MAPS 3.

NewsOK.com reports that Quail Springs Baptist Church’s Rev. Hance Dilbeck was elected the convention’s second vice president during its annual meeting in Baltimore June 10-11.
