They say revenge is a dish best served cold. But try telling that to Oklahoma’s supporters of tort reform. That crowd wants its retribution piping-hot and fresh from the microwave. At least that’s how it looked after the state Supreme Court ruled June 4 that 2009’s landmark tort-reform law was unconstitutional.
