Old School Bagel Café, Edmond

Several varieties of cheeses are used at the busy Old School Bagel on its flavorful sandwiches. Among the cheeses chosen by customers are American and Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss and Provolone. The Provolone is Italian and is made from cow’s milk and usually smoked. The irresistible Mile-High sandwich with cheese is quite popular, along with the Sooner Club and its Cowboy Club.
