The Wedge, Deep Deuce

 Pizza here is done over a wood fire oven. The place is convenient right near Bricktown. The pizza crust is nicely done and in this second successful Wedge, with the other utterly charming one taking care of customers at 4709 N. Western Ave. At the second Wedge, there is lots more room to breathe. While there near downtown Oklahoma City, order up some hummus that incorporates red bell pepper that is pureed. Ask for the Wedge trio and enjoy, but save room for the pizza.
