Blackbird has 200 seats, plus two patios. The food is American and English with an upscale twist. Look for fish and chips and a chicken pot pie, but not like your grandma’s. The bar is stocked to the gills with a huge selection of whiskey and Scotch. Blackbird made its debut April 18 of 2011 and is doing business daily from 11 a.m. to 2.a.m. It turns into a happening bar after dark.
